The Development & Training module is a comprehensive learning management system. A training management
software that enables companies to gather training needs, manage the training nomination, registration and
feedback process. This module complements the Appraisal module, both part of the Performance Management
system, to create a comprehensive employee capability development system.
An effective training management system is essential to talent development in any organisation. A good training
management system is one that is able to develop employee capabilities to cover gaps between role competency
requirements and individual capabilities as well as develop new employee skills required for changing business
